Refund Policy

Online course purchases are non-refundable after 90 days from date of purchase. Enrollment may also be transfered from one participant to another. Once a course is listed as In Progress or Cancelled, it cannot be refunded or transferred. To receive a refund for any course not started within 90 days of purchase, complete and submit the Course Refund form within two business days prior to the expiration date. Credit will be issued as a refund back to the credit card used to make the purchase. Cash refunds will not be offered. To transfer enrollment from one participant to another, complete and submit the Transfer Enrollment form. 

Classroom course purchases are non-refundable up to two business day prior to the day of the course. Enrollment may be transfered from one participant to another. To receive a refund, complete the Course Refund form a minimum of two business days prior to the day of the course. To transfer enrollment from one participant to another, complete and submit the Transfer Enrollment form.

Your email confirmation from Learn@ISU is your detailed receipt of purchase. If your Procurement Specialist requests a detailed receipt of the transaction, please refer to the email you received when you registered for the course.

For purchases made through contracts, refer to the refund, transfer, and cancellation terms of individual contracts.

Each training unit reserves the right and has the responsibility to refuse any refund where there has been an abuse of these policies. All refunds are handled at the discretion of each training unit management.
